You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered, or that are delivered incorrectly, as a result of an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address once the medication has been shipped, unless the error resulted from a Brello system or processing error.

These medications ship cold and are routed for delivery as addressed. If you request or authorize any change to the shipping address, delivery location, delivery date, hold-for-pickup, routing, or other delivery instructions directly with the carrier after shipment, you assume all risk associated with that change. Brello and the dispensing pharmacy are not responsible for any resulting delay, loss, theft, or damage, and will not replace, reship, refund, or otherwise compensate you for products affected by such changes, except as required by applicable law.

Do not discard packaging

If you believe there is a problem with your shipment, do not discard the medication, vials, or any of the original packaging. The original medication may need to be returned before a replacement can be approved, for investigation purposes.

Refused deliveries

Packages that are refused at delivery, including packages refused by an individual or business at an alternate delivery address, and packages returned to sender as a result of a refused delivery, are not eligible for replacement or refund. Once a package has been returned to the pharmacy, the medication cannot be re-dispensed.
